Here are some sample menus for you to get a feel of our style.
However, we do create custom menus & pricing for each of our guests based on their needs!

A six-course chef’s tasting menu based on local, seasonal ingredients:
Amuse Bouche: Local Watermelon & Burrata Bruschetta
toasted baguette, burrata spread, watermelon & fresh basil, crushed pistachios
Appetizer: Cajun Shrimp Skewers
shrimp, local sausage & pineapple grilled with creole seasoning, fresh slaw and honey butter drizzle
Salad: our signature Kale & Mango
organic local kale tenderized with olive oil and fresh lemon juice, dried mango, maui onion, and honey roasted macadamia nuts
Surf: Fresh, Local mild whitefish with fresh pasta
sautéed and served with locally made fresh ravioli, macadamia nut pesto, turmeric buerre blanc, local asparagus
Turf: Braised Local beef shank over brown rice risotto
slow cooked until tender with red wine, fire roasted tomato and aromatics; over creamy brown rice risotto made with coconut milk and fresh herbs; crispy fennel
Dessert: Fresh Maui Mango & Buttermilk Upside Down Cake
served warm with locally made coconut ice cream
Fresh Squeezed Juices
Always includes Fresh Seasonal Fruit
Something sweet such as Banana Bread French Toast or Banana Pancakes
Specialty Egg Dish such as Local Eggs over spiced Black Beans, Quinoa, and Fresh Arugula
Large Fresh Salad such as Garden or Local Romaine Caesar with homemade dressings
Protein such as Blackened Fresh Fish, Ahi, Chicken, Shrimp
